1. Psychology test पास करने के बाद 15 candidates का एक batch बनाया जायगा ।  सबसे पहले आप सभी को एक half circle मे chest number के according बैठा दिया जायगा । फिर आप सभी को एक page दिया जायगा जिस पर एक paragraph लिखा होगा । इस page को पढ़ने के लिए आपको 10 मिनट का समय दिया जायगा । इसमे आपको topic का नाम नही बताया जायगा । paragraph पड कर आपको खुद topic का विषय पता करना पड़ेगा ।
2. 10 मिनट बाद आपसे ये page ले लिया जायगा। आपका gd एक ऑफिसर ओर एक एयरमैन के द्वारा लिया जायगा ।
3. अब आपका group discussion सुरु होगा जिसमे सबसे पहले आप सभी को एक एक करके अपना self introduction होगा फिर आप सभी को टॉपिक के बारे मे बोलना होगा । 
4. सुरु मे आप सभी को एक एक करके टॉपिक के बारे मे बोलना होता हे ओर सभी का नंबर आ जाने के बाद आपको बोला जाता ह  start group discussion यहां आपको बोलने के मोका देखना होगा , जहा मोका मिले बोलने लगे ।
5. तो यहां गृउओ डिस्क के तीन पार्ट होते हे ।
   • self introduction
   • one by one discussion about topic
   • Group discussion
6. आपको paragraph मे से topic के बारे मे idea लेना ह न की same लाइन्स को दोहराना हे ।
7. आप अपने विषय के बारे में क्या अच्छा है और क्या बुरा है इस पर चर्चा कर सकते हैं और यह भी कि आप इसे कैसे सुधार सकते हैं, यह आपके जीवन को कैसे प्रभावित करेगा
8. आपको इसमें हिंदी भाषा का प्रयोग नहीं करना है
9. आपको जेसा इंस्ट्रक्टर द्वारा बोला जाये आपको वेसे ही करना है
